How Long Will My Exchange Or Return Take?
For domestic returns, ground shipping can take up to 8 business days, depending on the shipping distance. After The Honest Co. receives your return at the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.
Can I Return My Order?
It's simple — if you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, The Honest Co. will create a solution for you. Returns are accepted within 365 days of you receiving the product.
What Types Of Payment Does the Honest Co. Accept?
The Honest Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Payments. The Honest Co. does not accept personal checks, money orders, or Monopoly money as payment.
Why Am I Unable to Ship Certain Items Via 2-day Or Standard Overnight Shipping?
Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, items that contain regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2-Day, Standard Overnight). This will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. Among the products with FAA restrictions are the following: Deodorant, Hand Sanitizer 8 oz., Hand Sanitizer 2-pack, Hand Sanitizer Spray, Glass + Window Cleaner, Glass + Window Cleaner Concentrate, Oxy Boost, and Sunscreen Spray.
Why Do I Pay an International Surcharge?
The Honest Co. charges an international surcharge to cover the additional cost to serve our international customers, including shipping and taxes. Please note: all prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.
Does the Honest Co. Ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a $29.95 shipping and handling fee for the Essentials Bundle, $14.95 for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 shipping and handling fee for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 shipping and handing fee for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. This charge covers the additional postage and handling required to ship to these locations. If you have multiple Bundles, The Honest Co. will discount the shipping by $5.95 per Bundle!
How Much Does It Cost to Ship Items Purchased From the Shop?
If your shipping address is within the contiguous United States:
- Shipping & handling is $5.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.
- Shipping & handling is $5.95 for the Essentials Bundle and Health & Wellness Bundle. Shipping is free for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle and Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle. If you order multiple Bundles—good news—shipping is FREE for all of your Bundles!
If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii:
- Shipping & handling is $14.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item but you will receive a $5.95 discount.
- Shipping & handling is $29.95 for the Essentials Bundle, $14.95 for the Health & Wellness Bundle, $39.95 for the Diapers & Wipes Bundle, and $29.95 for the Organic Infant Formula + DHA Bundle.
- Shipping & handling for multiple Bundles will be discounted by $5.95 per Bundle. (Sorry, we can't waive the shipping and handling charges for you quite yet.)
- Shipping & handling for orders over $50 will be discounted by $5.95. (Cannot be combined with multiple Bundle discount.)
If your shipping address is in Canada:
- Shipping & handling is $5.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item.
- Shipping & handling is $5.95 for each Bundle. Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts on multiple Bundles at this time.
- An international surcharge of 25% will be applied to the subtotal of every order shipped to Canada.
- Unfortunately, The Honest Co. is unable to offer a shipping discount for orders over $50 shipped to Canada.
How Much Does It Cost to Ship the Discovery Kit?
It costs $5.95 to ship our Discovery Kit to any shipping address in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii!) and that's regardless of whether you pick diapers, essentials, or both!
How Do Orders Ship?
The Honest Co. currently works with UPS, UPS SurePost, and DHL as shipping carriers. The Honest Co. currently does not ship to mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services or PO Boxes
