If you are shipping your return from within the continental United States, you will be able to download a free return label when you process your return on TOMS.com.
If you are outside the continental United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you must return the item(s) back to TOMS at your own cost as TOMS cannot provide a free shipping label.
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
