What Program Do I Need to Update My Navigation Device?
Your serial number can be found on a barcode sticker on your device, and for newer devices you can also find it on an information/about screen on the device itself. A TomTom serial number consists of 12 characters, starting with one or two letters.
Note: The result from the serial number checker will not show features such as Lifetime Maps that came with your navigation device.
How Do I Get a Gps Fix On My Gps Sport Watch?
The following activities require a GPS fix:
- Run
- Cycle
- Freestyle
- Golf
- Trail
- Hike
- Ski
- Snowboard
Note: Not all activities are available on all watches.
When you select one of the above activities, your watch uses its internal GPS receiver to measure your speed, and to record the route you have taken. On the Golfer watch GPS is used to estimate your distance to the green.
How Do I Check the Status Of My Order?
To check the status of your order click on My orders. Click the specific order number for detailed information. The Status shows both the status of the order and that of the payment.
