Yes, UrbaneBox now ships to Canada. Due to the higher shipping costs, there is a $25 surcharge for members residing in Canada. Please note, members residing in Canada are responsible for tariffs and duties. UrbaneBox currently use USPS for parcel and UrbaneBox is not able to provide labels to members residing in Canada for returns. Members residing in Canada can use the parcel of their choice to return any item(s), and are responsible for the shipping charges for the return. If returning for exchange of size or item, UrbaneBox will cover the cost back to you.
Every month stylists will put together a curated package for you based on your style and preferences. Each package will consist of 2-3 staple items for your wardrobe, and you will only pay $60 for everything. Members can request to pause or skip a month by sending UrbaneBox an email. To skip just email UrbaneBox by the 5th of the month. Members can also request additional or larger packages to be sent through their account.
UrbaneBox asks that you allow 3-7 business days for your order to be styled. As soon as your order ships you will have the ability to track your shipment through your account every step of the way. Shipping will vary on your location, weekends and holidays. UrbaneBox offers standard shipping free of charge, which can take between 7 to 14 days to be delivered. If you would like your packages shipped on an expedited basis, it can take approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive, but there is an $8 additional cost. UrbaneBox was founded by Samuel Gonzalez. Sam is a graduate of the University at Albany, where he obtained a Bachelors in Psychology and later went on to achieve his Masters in Public Administration from Marist College. While attending graduate school and working full-time, Sam found that finding time to shop was difficult. He began researching ways to upgrade his wardrobe through clothing subscription services. Many of these services were too expensive or had limited brands.
After having little success, he envisioned an online service where he would receive an outfit on a monthly basis. This hand selected outfit, customized to fit his style would be shipped to his doorstep, and would be reasonably priced. All of these ideas have formulated UrbaneBox- an online styling service that provides effortless style to men and women.
