Free Shipping: Because your items are subject to free shipping, they are unable to track while shipping. If you do not receive the parcel within 45-60 business days from the date of shipping, please contact Vessos to confirm the shipping address.

Standard Shipping: If you do not receive the parcel within 25-30 business days from the shipping date, please contact Vessos to confirm the shipping address. 

Parcel may be delayed for the following reasons:

2. Local shipping agent delayed processing.
