Voylla accepts all VISA and MasterCard cards issued by Indian and International banks. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit Card Verification Value found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway.

All Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. Voylla and Voylla's trusted payment gateways use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your card information.

The maximum order value for a CoD payment is Rs. 50,000. It's strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for CoD orders. Payment has to be made using Indian Rupees only. Please keep exact change.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Voylla. All prices include Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Central Sales Tax (CST). The prices you see on the product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

Voylla offers free delivery if the order is over Rs. 500, otherwise, you will be charged an additional Rs. 50 for shipping. No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

Voylla uses only reputed couriers. Voylla notifies customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

Voylla sends all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page.

Voylla.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 250/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.

No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

Voylla's QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Voylla account in a form of Gift Voucher or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.

Cancellation before product has shipped:

• If you cancel your order before your jewelry has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  Cancellation after product has shipped:
• If your jewelry has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.
