Are Your Watches Waterproof?
All of the watch cases have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered under the warranty, and will damage your genuine leather strap.
I Need to Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Washington Square Watches as soon as possible. Once the warehouse processes your order, it will be unable to make any changes.
My Order Status Says "unfulfilled". What Does That Mean?
"Unfulfilled" simply means that Washington Square Watches has received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Can I Pay In My Local Currency?
The currency will be set according to your location and displayed while you shop and at checkout. Washington Square Watches suggests paying for your order in the currency in which your payment was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency.
Do I Have to Pay International Taxes & Duties?

When Will My Order Ship From Washington Square Watches?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out the following business day. If an order is placed after 9am EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
