• I Just Placed My Order Online, When Will I Get It?

  The lead time for processing an online order is one day. It then takes an additional 5-7 business days from shipment (7-10 days for Alaska and Hawaii) for standard ground delivery; 3 business days for Express Saver and the next business day for Next Day service.

• Will I have to sign for my package?

  If you have chosen an express delivery method, you will have to sign for your package.

• What Does the Warranty Cover?

  The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse, missing parts, or normal wear and tear. Also, use of accessories that are not Parker branded such as refills, cartridges and bottled ink will void the warranty.

• What Payment Options are Available?

  Parker currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. Parker does not accept Cashier'’s Checks, Money Orders or PayPal accounts at this time.

• How Can I Check the Status Of My Order?

  You can review your order status at any time by logging into your account and reviewing your order history.
