What If I Want to Cancel My Order, How About the Cancellations Policy?

If you need to cancel an order, please call the customer support at (800) 686-1480 or send Modo Bath an email at cs@modobath.com. Please note the following conditions for cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped
  • Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped. Once the item is en route, the request will be considered a return. In this case, the shipping and handling costs each way will be deducted from the final refund.
  • Any refused shipments will be considered cancellations and are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling fees incurred.
