What If I Want to Return an Item That Was Fulfilled By Someone Other Than Jet?

You can initiate a return to one of Jet.com's retail partners by visiting the Order History page in the Account section of the site. You'll be able to see the amount you’ll be refunded by Jet and print out a return label. Be sure to use the Jet return label you print out, not one provided by the retailer who fulfilled your order.
