• How Will You Know Where and How to Send My Physical Product?

  If you order a physical product, a Shipping Information page will appear during checkout so you can enter a shipping address and choose a shipping method.

• How Do I Request a Return Of a Physical Product?

  You must contact Acer to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning your product. Product arriving without an authorized RMA will not receive credit. All merchandise without an authorized RMA will be returned to the customer.
