• Can I Use Multiple Discount Codes On the Same Order?

  Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order. This includes free shipping over $100 promotion. If a discount code is used on the order, the cost of shipping will be added back onto the order total. Ivory Ella will apologize for any inconvenience.

• Can I Get Use a Discount Code and Take Advantage Of the Free Shipping Over $75 Offer?

  Yes you can! However, the total of the order must be over $75 after the discount has been applied to the order.

• I Didn't Get 15% Off My Order for Referring a Friend. Why?

  Before you are sent a 15% off code for referring a friend, your friend must place an order using the 10% off coupon code you sent them. Once they do that, a discount code will be sent to you via email to use on a future order.

• Will I Receive a Shipping Notification?

  Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Ivory Ella also send you updates every step of the way during delivery.
