Because of the nature of our products, Pure Silk does not accept returns. But the satisfaction of our customers is important to us. If you have any issue with the performance of the product that you have received, simply email us within 14 days of receipt of your order. If a defect is discovered, we will be happy to replace or exchange the item in question via store credit. There are no cash refunds.
