What is the Detail Of Shipping and Delivery?

  • Orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 p.m. (EST) will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Please note: Ramy Brook does not offer Saturday delivery or provide delivery to freight forwarding companies. Unfortunately, the carrier is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.
