As the Company’s customized merchandise is made to order and has no intrinsic cost on the open market, the Company is therefore unable to accept returns unless the products is at fault. For customized merchandise which is at fault or differs from that ordered please notify the customer service and the customer service team will instruct you on further action. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the instructions below for all returns. Please send the customer service team an e-mail at helpdesk@print.pictures with the following information:

Your order number
Name and e-mail address used to place the order
Return reason
Attach a picture of the canvas print to the e-mail

Upon receiving the information, the customer service team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps of your return.
