What is the Order Returns Policy About Discount School Supply?

Your order may come from more than one of warehouses, so not all of your packages may arrive on the same day. Before signing for delivery, inspect your packages for damage. Be sure to note any damage and the number of packages received and have the driver sign too. If something doesn’t meet your satisfaction, please call Discount School Supply for a return authorization (RA) number within 10 days. Discount School Supply will be happy to give you a refund or a credit on your next order. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
