What is the Responsibility for Product Shipment?

Please enter your shipping information carefully. Packages that must be reshipped due to faulty addresses will be assessed a second delivery charge.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Cultures for Health is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage customers to use the tracking information provided to them to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly.  Please note, starter cultures and some cheese making supplies (e.g. rennet) are sensitive to high temperatures.  Please remove these items from the mailbox promptly and store them in the refrigerator or the freezer.
