What is Your Returns / Exchanges Policy?

If you are displeased with your purchase for any reason, please contact customer service department by phone or email, within 30 days of receipt, and Jay Strongwater will gladly return or exchange any unused item. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Unless an item is received damaged, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is received damaged, please contact customer service department, within 30 days of receipt, and Jay Strongwater will be happy to send you a return shipping label and provide a replacement immediately.
