What Should I Do If I'm Not Satisfied My Purchase?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Playmobil CA will replace the item or refund the purchase amount. If you need to exchange or return any product, please repackage the product securely and return prepaid, via traceable mail to ensure delivery of the product. Enclose a copy of the original invoice and give a reason for the return or exchange. Returns/exchanges are to be made within 30 days of receipt and once received we will issue a credit to your credit card account.
