What Should I Do If I Want to Cancel Or Change an Order?

Once an order has been submitted, Journeys begins processing it immediately. Changes or cancellations to any order submitted on Journeys.com are not possible once it has been submitted.

Since they are unable to make any changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted, please wait to receive the merchandise, and then follow the return or exchange instructions on the reverse side of your invoice. Journeys will issue a credit to your account in the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping charges. Shipping is free on all exchanges.  

You may also take your order (excluding web only merchandise) into your local Journeys store for a refund or an exchange. Use the return invoice that came with the order. Make sure to fill out the return invoice with the item you wish to receive in exchange.
