What Should I Do If I Want to Return the Item?
Domestic returns can be initiated within 2 days of delivery by contacting Opulent Jewelers. All purchases are covered by Buyer Protection Program. International Purchases are not returnable. Items which have been altered or have asked to of been altered in anyway are excluded from the return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the purchase price.
