What Should I Do If the Delivery is Delayed Or Missing?

If your package has not arrived on time please firstly check with your neighbors and the local sorting office in case it was delivered when you were not present. If it has not been delivered please apply for RMA through your Milanoo account. Also, please fill in a ‘Non receipt of goods disclaimer form’ and email it to customer service team. You must sign the form by hand and then either scan it back onto the computer or take a photograph of it and send it to via email to customer service team here: http://www.milanoo.com/help/Customer-Service-module-index.html#contactUs.
