Return parcels must be sent with a tracking number. Please also write your order number on the parcel.
Can I Return Lingerie And/or Swimwear?
Whatlovely is sorry but for reasons of hygiene, Whatlovely does not accept any lingerie or swimwear returns.
What If My Order Doesn’t Fit?
Whatlovely asks that you check measurements carefully before buying and Whatlovely does his very best to ensure that all size charts are accurate, therefore Whatlovely does not offer refunds for items that do not fit. As noted in the descriptions, Whatlovely measures items by hand and there may be a 1-3 cm difference to the chart.
What Sizes Do Whatlovely Stock?
Most of Whatlovely's items run XS or S to XL with some going up to a 5XL. Please check measurements carefully and don’t worry if you need a 5XL. Asian sizes are usually smaller than Western and it doesn’t mean you’re extra, extra large!
