WhatWears currently only accepts PayPal.

WhatWears uses airmail and offer either express or FREE standard shipping.

Standard shipping is absolutely FREE! For express shipping: 

• Orders up to $30 = $5 for express shipping
• Orders of $30 - $60 = $10 for express shipping
• Orders of $60 - $100 = $15 for express shipping
• Orders of $100 - $150 = $20 for express shipping
• Orders of $150 - $200 = $25 for express shipping
• Orders of $200+ = $25 for express shipping

In WhatWears' experience, express takes around 3-6 working days and standard shipping usually takes between 9 and 14 days. Please note that this is in USPS's hands and it may be quicker, or longer depending on USPS.

WhatWears will try to ship as quickly as possible after receiving payment. In normal circumstances it takes between 1 and 3 business days to process an order. WhatWears does not pick and pack on Sunday.

Yes! Service is fully traceable on websites such as usps.com.

No WhatWears does not charge tax on products.

WhatWears is sorry but all they can do is suggest you check with family/room mates /neighbors/building security etc. WhatWears cannot be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated as delivered.

WhatWears' clothing and footwear tends to come up on the small side as it is Asian. WhatWears will suggest buying one size larger than you normally wear but please check the chart carefully before purchase and make sure you are buying the product for the measurements and NOT the size.

Most of WhatWears' clothing comes in small through XL or 2XL. Again please check measurements carefully and don’t worry if you need to purchase 2XL – as mentioned, these are Asian sizes and they do come up smaller than Western. It doesn’t mean you are extra, extra large!)

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and that WhatWears must receive the product before WhatWears can refund you.

Returns must be sent with a tracking number to our international warehouse in Shanghai.
