• How Do I Know If My yVishal Order is Confirmed?

  You will receive an email notification titled ‘Order Confirmation’ for your successful transaction(s). This email contains your order number and product details to show your order is being processed. You will also get sms notification on the registered mobile number.

• Are There Any Other Charges Payable At the Time Of Delivery?

  No. The prices are inclusive of taxes. Delivery charges are applicable based on order value and are accounted for at the time of ordering. 

• I Have Multiple Delivery Addresses. How Do I Register My Delivery Address?

  You can associate multiple delivery addresses for your registered email-id. At the time of ‘Check Out’, you can choose the address.

• If I Pay By Card Or Net-banking How Do I Get the Refund for Items Not Delivered?

  If, for any reason, MyVishal is not able to deliver any product, the balance amount will be refunded to your card or bank account.
