• Are Your Watches Waterproof?

  All of the watch cases have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered under the warranty, and will damage your genuine leather strap.

• I Need to Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

  If you need to change or cancel your order, please  contact Washington Square Watches as soon as possible. Once the warehouse processes your order, it will be unable to make any changes.

• My Order Status Says "unfulfilled". What Does That Mean?

  "Unfulfilled" simply means that Washington Square Watches has received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
