Which Payment Options Does Birthday Express Accept?

For online and phone orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. You can also use VISA or Mastercard bank debit cards. For online orders only, Birthday Express also accepts PayPal. Please note that Birthday Express does not accept prepaid credit cards and/or Visa gift cards unless there is a billing address registered with the card. Birthday Express only accepts credit cards issued from a country they ship to.
