Why Am I Unable to Place a Return Request From the App/website?
Personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and jewellery, as well as food items can't be returned. Items on "final sale" are also not eligible for returns.
Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.
To check the new delivery date of your order, visit the "Orders" page of your Hopscotch account. Tap the order you'd like to track. Tap "Track" for the product to know its whereabouts.
As per Hopscotch's policy, the order can't be opened before the delivery is accepted. But you can accept the order and get in touch with us later, in case you have any concerns.
