Why Can’t I Ship My Order to a Store In My Area?

Dollar Tree has 12 Distribution Centers across the country that service more than 6,300 stores. Each store is assigned to a specific DC that’s in close proximity to the store. If the DC that delivers to stores in your area is out of stock on the item you are trying to purchase, you will not be able to ship that item for free to your local store. You will still be able to order the item, but the order will be fulfilled by the nearest DC that has the merchandise in stock, and it will have to be shipped directly to you via UPS.
