• My Order is Delayed. When Will I Get It?

  To check the new delivery date of your order, visit the "Orders" page of your Hopscotch account. Tap the order you'd like to track. Tap "Track" for the product to know its whereabouts.

• Why Can’t I Cancel My Order From the App/website?

  Once the order has left our fulfilment centre, it can't be cancelled from the app/website. You can reject the order when it gets delivered to you.

• Can Items Be Returned After the Time Mentioned In the Return Policy?

  All return requests must be received within 15 days of delivery.

• Can I Get My Orders Delivered At a Specific Time?

  Please coordinate with the courier executive delivering your order to see if this is possible. Delivering at a specific time may not always be an option from courier services due to their schedules.

• Can I Accept the Shipment After Opening and Checking the Contents Inside?

  As per Hopscotch's policy, the order can't be opened before the delivery is accepted. But you can accept the order and get in touch with us later, in case you have any concerns.
