Why I Cannot Demand DHGate Send Money Back to My Assigned Account?

In order to ensure the security of refunds, DHGate must return the money to the same account which you used to pay for the order. If you'd like change the refund account, DHGate can only deposit the refund to your DHpay account. DHGate has no access to change to your assigned account.
