Fynd delivers your order from brand stores near you. Although Gofynd aim for 100% fulfilment, sometimes products go ‘Out of Stock’ in the store forcing us to cancel your order.
Unfortunately this is not possible as the order processing happens as soon as you place an order. However you can cancel the order as long as it has not been picked up by delivery executive and place a new order with the correct size.
Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery address after placing an order through app or website. However if your order is still in the processing state, you can cancel the order and place a new order with the new address.
Although Gofynd strive for 100% on time delivery, delays happen sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances at delivery team’s end. If you haven’t received any communication from Gofynd regarding a late order for more than 48 hours, feel free to raise a ticket through the app/web…
If the coupon you used was a one time use coupon, you will not be able to use it again, however if it is a multi use coupon, you can use it as many times as you want.
