100 percent cashless transactions and genuine spare parts will be used for repairs. This is a Free at-home service and preventive maintenance will be provided by professional technicians. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with similar model as per the availability with seller.
Extended warranty enables 6 months extension of warranty coverage immediately after the expiry of the free normal warranty. It covers all defects that are covered under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Zefo Service Partner Warranty covers issues occurring due to manufacturing/material defects. It though does not cover existing defects, or damages caused by the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
If the provided information in the documents does not pass the verification or the documents aren't shared within the specified duration then the Zest is eligible to cancel the order.
The refunds will be processed by Zest money, provided the products are purchased using Zest Money as the payment mode.
