Change the default version of PHP in the control panel is easily. There are 5 steps to change the default PHP version:

  1. Log in to your 1&1 Control Panel and select the relevant package.
  2. Click the PHP Settings link from the Hosting panel.
  3. An overview of all your domains and their PHP versions will display. Check the box next to the domain which needs its PHP settings updated and then click Change PHP version.
  4. Choose which version of PHP to use with the domain by clicking the Use PHP X.X button.
  5. The domain will begin using the selected version of PHP once you see the confirmation message.

How to Migrate Contacts from 1&1 Webmail to Office 365?

The steps as follows will tell you how to migrate contacts from 1&1 webmail to Office 365.

  • Log in to the 1&1 WebMail interface

    If you have assigned your 1&1 Mail Basic or 1&1 Mail Business mailboxes to another domain or subdomain as described in the Migrating 1&1 Mail accounts to Office 365 article, you will have to use the correspondingly-modified e-mail address for logging into 1&1 Webmail.

  • Export your contacts from 1&1 Webmail in CSV format

  • Open the exported CSV file with Microsoft WordPad and save it again immediately
