All links from your site to AceHardware.com contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to Ace Hardware via your site, Ace Hardware knows to credit you when a purchase is made. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
Please call a Customer Service Specialist at 1-866-290-5334 if you have any questions.
The status of your order is supplied by www.acehardware.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, USPS or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.
Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
Ace’s Board of Directors establishes guidelines for Ace management. There are between nine to 12 director positions. A minimum of eight of the directors must be retailer directors, and a maximum of 25% of the directors may be non-retailer directors. Members of the Board meet several times a year, both as a collective group and with Ace management team.
There are currently more than 4,600 Ace stores in all 50 states and U.S. territories, and more than 70 countries on six continents. Visit our store locator to find your closest Ace store.
As a retailer-owned cooperative, Ace Hardware is wholly owned by its independently operated store owners. No shares of stock in the corporation are publically traded. Rather, when retailers affiliate with Ace, they purchase shares of company stock, which gives them voting rights in the cooperative. This is their investment in the company.
