If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date, however it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution. A Paypal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.

You may return online orders free via courier or at any Aldo store. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by Mail.
To return in-store
To find a store nearest you, simply put your zip code to the right. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of you preference and associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Free Returns via courier
To initiate your return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and ALDO will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
ALDO will guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. In stores no items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
A signature is not required with deliveries.

Once your package(s) are received and processed at warehouse, a refund will be issued. To avoid having the package returned to sender again, ALDO will encourage you to ship future orders to your nearest Aldo store.
If you're seeing that your package was delivered but you have not received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbours, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat ALDO they will gladly get to the bottom of it.
