Either a coupon code or free credit can be applied on the same item. Free credit will NOT be applied to the item if the item is included in the promotional offer of the coupon discount. If you are a new member, you will find free credits for various items already added to your account. Occasionally credits will also be given out to all members through promotional events in which a specific code will be provided and has to be manually validated on the Credit & Discount page before the credits can be used. If you have upgraded to Registered Airmail or if your order is shipped via FedEx, you may track the shipment using the tracking link provided in your order invoice. An email notification will generally be sent to you in 24 hours of the tracking number of your order.
Please kindly contact customer service to cancel or modify your order. However, once your order has been processed and is at the manufacturing phase or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
