How are Refunds Processed?

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is approved. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged.  Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, APL will also include shipping charges in your refund.

How Do I Track My Order By Athletic Propulsion Labs?

When placing an order on AthleticPropulsionLabs.com you will be sent an email confirming your order and another once your order has shipped. It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication.

You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the Order Status section on AthleticPropulsionLabs.com. Please note that you will need your order number and e-mail address in order to use this feature.

If you have not received an email confirming your order is in process, or have not yet received your shipping confirmation email, please note that this may mean that your order is either still being processed or your shipping confirmation email may be stuck in your email spam filter. Please check your email’s junk or spam filter to see if the email is there.

How are Orders Taxed?

Sales tax will be charged for all shipments to California residents. Tax charges vary depending upon the destination of the package.
