What Happens If the Price is Wrong. What Do I Do?

It is always possible that, despite best efforts, some of the products on the website may be incorrectly priced. Prices are normally checked before your order is accepted so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than the stated price at your order date, Atterley will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, Atterley will contact you for your instructions before your order is accepted. If your order is accepted and processed where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, the contract may be brought to an end and you will be refunded any sums you have paid and required to return any products provided to you.

How Can I Pay for My Atterley Order?

Atterley accepts payment with Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Discover, Amazon Pay, PayPal. You must pay for the products before they are dispatched. Atterley will not charge your credit or debit card until they have confirmed that your order has been accepted.

The Product I Am Interested In Isn't Available In My Size, Will Atterley Be Getting It Back In Stock?

Most products they sell on Atterley are only ever stocked once however Atterley will try to get super popular products that sell out quickly back in stock. If you would like to check whether this is going to be possible with a product you are interested in, email Atterley at support@atterley.com.

Do I Need to Set Up an Account to Place an Atterley Order?

No, you can shop at Atterley without creating an account. However, register with Atterley and you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple delivery addresses, view and track your orders, save items in your Wishlist, and much more. You’ll also be notified of any Atterley promotions and previews.

Can I Add an Item to My Order At Atterley?

Unfortunately, once you order has been submitted Atterley is unable to add to it. If you would like to add an item, you will need to place a new order. If you contact support@atterley.com within 1 hour of placing the original order, Atterley will endeavour to refund your shipping costs on the additional order and have both orders sent out together.

Can I Cancel My Order At Atterley?

If you decide you wish to cancel your order within one hour of submitting the order please forward your order confirmation email to support@atterley.com and Atterley will do their best. This is not always possible and Atterley will update you accordingly.
