Determinging the proper car rental insurance to purchase for your rental can be a difficult choice, as there are a varRefundable Deductible/Excess Refundiety of excellent insurance options available when you rent a car with Auto Europe - all with there own unique benefits. Refundable deductible insurance is slightly more afforadable than Zero Deductible/Excess coverage, offering the same level of covereage, but requiring you to submit paperwork to claim your excess refund. If you're eager to protect your rental car with comprehensive insurance, Refundable Deductible insurance is an excellent option - as you can save money on your overall rental cost while still maintaining the highest level of coverage. 

Provide Auto Europe the following documents once your rental period is complete:

3. Police Incident Report
4. Damage Estimates
5. Any Bills Due to Supplier

Once received, Auto Europe will process your refund and return your money promptly.

Car rental costs are based on a 24-hour block of time. When you book a one-day car rental, with a pick-up time of 10:00 AM for example, you'll be required to return the rental car by 10:00 AM the next day, or you'll be charged for an additional day. Don't count on grace period for returning your car rental, as there may be another customer that is being kept waiting because you are for all intents and purposes late, if you're not returning the vehicle at the time listed on the car rental contract.

1. Reserve a car rental with the included Liability and Fire Insurance, and request your credit card company provide the Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection (Be sure your credit card offers this coverage overseas, as not all do).
2. Reserve a car rental with the included Liability and Fire Insurance, and purchase Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection in advance through Auto Europe. Be aware, upon arrival a hold will be placed on your credit card for the entire deductible amount, and returned to you once the vehicle is brought back without damage. (An excellent option if your credit card doesn't offer overseas CDW/TP insurance).
3. Reserve a car rental with the included Liability and Fire Insurance, and purchase Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection with a Refundable Deductible or Zero Deductible (See below for further information on the specifics of refundable and zero deductible rates).
4. Reserve a car rental with the included Liability and Fire Insurance, and purchase Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection locally from the supplier upon arrival (Be aware this is nearly always more expensive than purchasing comprehensive insurance in advance).
