Are the Products Suitable for Babies Or Children?

The XeraCalm A.D, Cold Cream, Care for Sensitive Lips, Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream; Trixéra+ Selectiose as well as the Avène Thermal Spring Water can be used on babies (6 months and up) and children.

Although Avene recommends not exposing children under the age of 3 to the sun, Avene suggests Avéne Mineral & Classic Sunscreens SPF 50+ for children 6 months and up.

Can I Use Your Products During Pregnancy Or Breast Feeding?

All of the products can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding however we recommend, as a measure of precaution, to not use the following products: Cleanance MAT Mattifying Toner, Cleanance Mask and Cleanance MAT Mattifying Emulsion for their concentration of salicylic acid and PhysioLift Night Balm, PhysioLift Eyes, Ysthéal+ Eye contour cream, Ysthéal+ Emulsion, TriAcnéal NIGHT Smoothing Lotion and RetrinAL because they all contain Retinaldehyde, an anti-aging compound derived from Vitamin A. Vitamin A supplementation needs to be limited during pregnancy and breastfeeding periods.

Should you choose to return a product in unopened and sellable condition, Avène will happily refund the original credit card if returned to Customer Service within 30 days. Returns received after 30 days, and up to 60 days after purchase, will be granted an online store credit or an exchange will be issued.

How Do I Track My Orders On Avene?

All of the order are shipped via FedEx. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your FedEx tracking number.

Upon shipment, your tracking number will also be displayed. To track you order, click the tracking number on Order Status page to view the delivery status of your order. Please keep in mind that some carriers take 24 – 48 hours to update tracking information after the order is shipped.
