I've Placed an Order But Have Changed My Mind. Can I Cancel?
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of purchase.
When Will Black.co.uk Dispatch My Order?
Black.co.uk will dispatch your order the same day if it is placed before 1pm (GMT).
Thereafter Black.co.uk will dispatch it the next day. Black.co.uk will dispatch your order via 1st Class Royal Mail. In the event of a postal strike Black.co.uk will use an alternative carrier.
The goal is that you are satisfied with the item or items that you have ordered. In order that it gets to you, please carefully verify your delivery details at the Checkout.
Will I Have to Sign for My Delivery at Black.co.uk?
Only Next Day Guaranteed & International orders will require a signature on arrival.
How Will I Know When My Order is On It's Way?
You will receive an email from black@black.co.uk notifying you when your order has been dispatched.
How Much is UK Delivery?
For orders placed for standard delivery within the UK, delivery is FREE.
- Free Delivery orders are dispatched using UK Royal Mail's 48hr service and can take up to 5 days to be delivered
- Standard Royal Mail - 48hr Delivery - Free
- Express Royal Mail - Tracked 24hr Delivery - £3.95
- Next Day Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm - £6.95 (Orders placed before 3pm - Monday to Thursday).
- Saturday Guaranteed Delivery - £9.95 (Orders placed after 3pm GMT on Thursdays and before 3pm GMT on Fridays)
- Orders must be placed before 3pm (GMT) to be eligible for Next Day Delivery.
- Same Day Dispatch for orders placed before 3pm (GMT) - Monday to Friday.
- Saturday Dispatch - Orders placed between 3pm (GMT) Friday and 10.30am (GMT) Saturday.
How Do I Return an Order at Black.co.uk?
If you wish to return your order, you are entitled to do so, for any reason within 30 days following delivery of the item(s).
You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price of the delivered item(s) provided that the item(s) has not been used; its tags, labels and any bindings remain fixed and intact to the item(s) and that it is returned in a resaleable condition.
If you wish to exchange your order, you are entitled to do so, within 30 days following delivery of the item(s).
If the item to be exchanged is priced below the new item, we will ask for payment of the difference either by credit card or PayPal. If the item wished to be exchanged is the same price as the new item, no charge will be made.
