After an order has been submitted for processing, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
Bon Ton will try their best to fill all orders. Sometimes Bon Ton underestimates demand. Bon Ton will let you know via your Shipment Confirmation email if an item becomes unavailable and has been canceled. Bon Ton also reserves the right to limit quantities sold to an individual based on merchandise availability. Bon Ton will notify your bank or creditor of the cancellation and the authorization amount held by that bank or credit card lender will release the funds to your account at the speed which the they allow themselves for such a transaction.
Delivery/shipping fees or gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Unfortunately, Bon Ton cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on their part when shipping your order. If an item was damaged or sent in error, the shipping charge will be credited back to the customer's credit card account.
Swimwear, Intimated Apparel and Underwear may be returned for exchange or a refund only if the merchandise packaging has not been opened, product has not been removed from original packaging, has not been worn, is not soiled, and has the original tags and labels attached. The Swimwear Security Liner must be in place on swimwear.
Dresses may be returned for exchange or a refund only if they have not been worn or altered. Dresses must be returned with all the original tags still attached to the garment and the original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required. Returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Shoes may be returned for exchange or refund only if they have not been worn or if they have a manufacturer’s defect. Returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
