Burts Bees Baby system will automatically calculate the appropriate Sales Tax based on their locations and the Zip Code of the Ship to Address of your order.

Burts Bees Baby will offer a flat fee of $5.00 for standard economy shipping on orders less than $75.00 (based on Order Total exclusive of taxes and promotions). On orders totaling $75.00 and greater, Burts Bees Baby offers no-hassle, free shipping!

YES! Only the Standard economy shipping is available to a PO Box. Please allow an additional 2-15 Business Days after the standard economy timeline. 

All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To request a RMA please fill out the online request https://www.burtsbeesbaby.com/page/returns.html

Eligible items need to be unwashed, with the original tags/packaging and cannot be Final Sale items. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Returns need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. Merchandise Credit only original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

To request a RMA you will need: 

• Order Number (if not previously provided)
• Item number(s) for the items you wish to return
• If you prefer a prepaid FedEx label can be provided for returns. Please note if you choose to use the attached return FedEx label, $5 will be deducted from your refund.

Once approved a RMA will then be emailed within 48 hours. Missing or incomplete information will delay your return. Items that are not included on the RMA or do not meet the return conditions will not be refunded.  

Once information is provided, a RMA will then be email within 48 business hours.

Please allow 2-3 weeks once your application has been submitted. You will be notified via email any additional photos or information not submitted on your application can be sent to wholesale@burtsbeesbaby.com.

Burt’s Bees Baby products are currently only intended for end use in the United States and are not labeled for international distribution. At this time Burt’s Bees Baby strictly prohibits the shipping of product to any location outside the United States.

Burts Bees Baby hopes to have an international arm in the future but currently do not have that feature so at this time all orders do require a US based billing address (needs to match your billing statement) and US shipping address.
