All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To request a RMA please fill out the online request https://www.burtsbeesbaby.com/page/returns.html
Eligible items need to be unwashed, with the original tags/packaging and cannot be Final Sale items. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned. Specific promotional items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Returns need to be within 30 days of when the original order was received. Merchandise Credit only original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Burt’s Bees Baby products are currently only intended for end use in the United States and are not labeled for international distribution. At this time Burt’s Bees Baby strictly prohibits the shipping of product to any location outside the United States.
Burts Bees Baby hopes to have an international arm in the future but currently do not have that feature so at this time all orders do require a US based billing address (needs to match your billing statement) and US shipping address.
