Calcutta Outdoors does not currently ship to PO Boxes. If you place an order with a PO Box as the delivery address, your order will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

What Should I Do If I Received Damaged Items from Calcutta Outdoors?
While Calcutta Outdoors tries to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:
- Contact Calcutta Outdoors via email within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged
- To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your initial email.
- Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags
- Depending on the nature of the damages, Calcutta Outdoors will either email you a shipping label to return the product or the shipping service may deem a pick-up inspection necessary. In the latter case, Calcutta Outdoors will provide instructions to prepare for the shipping company pick-up and return to sender.

- During the returns period, we will respond with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s)
- All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and be unused or unworn.
- Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price.
