How to Modify My Booking?

Bookings can be modified, depending on the availabilities of the campsite. In the course of modifications, additional fees might be raised.

Will I Receive a Travel Document So That I Can Prepare for My Holiday?

After you paid the total booking amount you will receive your voucher.  

Print your voucher and present it on the day of your arrival. You will also need it to obtain your keys and your camping space.

To assist you in preparing your trip, the team of Camping and co sends you your holiday guide (including information about your campsite, discovery of the region, tourist sites, festivals and events ...).

What Do I Have to Bring to My Accommodation?

If you did not choose an additional offer you would have to bring bed linen, toilet linen and kitchen linen.

What Elements are Accommodations Required to Have?

All accommodations are provided with the following items: toaster oven or microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator (with freezer), crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, blankets and pillows.

How Old are the Mobile Homes?

Mobile homes are at most 7 years old.

Who to Turn to When I Arrive At the Campsite?

Depending on the campsites, there are different owners. The owner is printed on your voucher. Go to the office of the owner or to the reception of the campsite. This information will be written on your voucher.

What Do I Have to Pay At the Campsite?

For holidays in France, you have to pay the tourist tax when you arrive. This tax is stipulated by the communities and will not exceed 1.50 € per night and per person. Certain owners include the tourist tax in the booking price. 

Activities with a charge have to be paid at the campsite as well.  

You will also have to pay a deposit for your accommodation. However, this money will not be taken but it will be refunded on your departure under the conditions set by the campsite.

Are Barbecues Allowed?

Every campsite has different rules. Camping and Co will recommend you to consult the description of the campsite in order to get to know all details.

Can I Park My Car In the Camping Space?

Most of the campsites give you the opportunity to park your car right next to your camping space. Certain campsites, however, gave priority to the serenity of your camping space and offer parking lots close to your accommodation.

And On the Day Of My Departure?

On the day of your departure of your accommodation, the campsite or the owner will make a condition-of-premises report. Your deposit will be refunded if the condition of premises does not show any damage.

How to Book Several Accommodations Or Camping Spaces?

If you wish to book several accommodations or camping spaces, you need to make a booking for each accommodation or camping space.

Can I Choose My Camping Space At the Campsite? I Travel With Friends, Can We Have a Space Next to Each Other?

During your booking, you do not have the opportunity to choose your camping space. If you wish to be next to your friends or close to the swimming pool or the beach... You can point this out in the part "Add your comments to be sent the campsite" on the page "estimate" during your booking. Depending on availabilities, the campsite will comply with your request.

Is the Payment By Credit Card Safe?

When you book online, your payment is 100 % secure thanks to the security system of Paybox [et Paypal ] and SSL. Camping and co uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts your bank data to be transmitted securely and confidentially. 

When you book by phone, your bank data will be entered in the security system of Paybox [et Paypal ]. It will not be saved.

What Means Of Payment Can I Use to Pay?

  • For a deposit payment, you can pay by bank card. 
  • The balance can be paid by bank card. 
    For payment by bank card, you can pay in the section "My Reservations" of your account. You can also pay by phone with advisors. 
  • For a full payment, you can pay by bank card. 
  • A payment in 3 instalments (free of charge) can only be made by bank card. The 3 payments will be automatically charged to your card.

How to Pay the Booking?

You have 3 different types of payment: 

  1. Deposit payment
    A deposit consists of 25 % of the total booking amount and it has to be paid after the booking process. The total balance must be paid 40 days before your departure. 
  2. Full payment
    The total booking amount must be paid during the booking process. 
  3. Payment in 3 instalments (free of charge) by credit card
    If your bank card is not expired before your holiday, you can pay in 3 instalments free of charge. The 3 payments will be automatically charged to your card. 

The charges to your bank card are split up as follows: if you book your holiday on May 1 and your arrival date is July 31. Then the charges to your bank card are made as follows: the first payment will be made on May 1 - the second one on May 26 and the third one on June 21. 

The terms of payments are the following:  

  • For any booking made more than 40 days before the date of arrival, you can use all three types of payment.
  • For any booking made 40 days or less before the date of arrival, you can only use down payment.

Can I Put an Option On My Booking?

For logistical reasons, it is not possible to put an option on your booking. All booking requests have to be firm. After your booking you have to make a first payment in order to validate and reserve your accommodation.

How to Book a Campsite With Camping and Co?

You have 2 ways to book a campsite with Camping and co: 

  1. "Online booking with Camping and co" 
    Once your are on the website of the campsite, check the rates and availabilities of this campsite. Choose your date of arrival, the length of your stay and your accommodation, then the booking procedure starts. The booking consists of 4 steps. First of all, fill in the number of participants and the options. Then enter your personal information and create your account. You will access the payment and you can choose the type and the means of payment. At the end, you will receive your booking confirmation. You will receive your booking confirmation via e-mail as well. 
  2. "Telephone booking with our advisers" 
    You can also book your campsite over the phone by contacting customer care service during our opening hours, as shown on website.
