How Quickly Will My Order Be Processed?

All Standard orders received before 12:00pm EST are processed within 2 business days of payment verification. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time.

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday with the Express or Expedited Shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified. Orders placed after 12pm or weekends are processed the following business day.

How Can I Pay for My Order?

Carter's, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, UnionPay and JCB charge cards as a form of payment at stores and online. PayPal and Visa Checkout may be used for online orders shipping within the United States.
