What is the Split Tender Return Policy?

If you paid for your order using different types of tender (i.e.: multiple credit cards, a credit card and a gift card, etc.), Catherines will refund you with the same amount credited to each type of tender.   

Your packing slip can display up to three different payment types. If you opt to use more than three different payment types, the third payment type will display as "Multi". If the packing slip shows "Multi" as the form of tender, the tender may be returned to either a gift card or a credit card of your choice.

What is the Information Of Order Changes Or Cancellations?

Catherines will do their best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since the systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order once it is placed. However, to ensure your satisfaction, you may easily return your catherines.com order to any Catherines store or use the return label from your packing slip for a shipment return.

What is the Return Policy for Phone Orders?

Purchases on catherines.com and phone orders can be returned via mail directly to warehouse or at any Catherines store. The packing slip serves as the receipt for online purchases.

What are the Shipping Methods and Costs?

If your order has multiple items and/or includes gift cards, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.   

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please see the chart below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the continental United States. Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent ground and are expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.

How Do I Use the Coupon I Received for My Online Purchase?

If you have a coupon code that you would like to redeem online, you may enter the code on the checkout page under "enter promo codes." If the coupon code you are trying to redeem requires the use of your Catherines Credit Card, you will need to enter it under "Promo Codes & Brand Dollars" on the Payment Page along with using the private label credit card as payment. 

Please be sure to check the disclaimer on the coupon to determine if the items you are purchasing are eligible with the offer and to confirm the offer is valid online.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order I Just Placed?

In an effort to provide excellent shipping timeframes to customers unfortunately, the online orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
