In the rare instance that you are ever dissatisfied for any reason with your Clare Florist purchase, contact Support Freephone Line on 0800-073-76-76 (outside the UK on +44 131 539 7775) Clare Florist has 15 lines open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also email support@clareflorist.co.uk at any time.
Any complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Clare Florist will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 5 working days and will keep you informed of all stages in the process. Any complaint will be logged so that Clare Floristcan monitor for internal usage only.
Does Clare Florist Offer Worldwide Flower Delivery?
Clare Florist can now offer worldwide delivery through recommended florists around the world.
Does Clare Florist Offer Special Flower Delivery?
For deliveries to hospitals and military bases we prefer to use one of tried and tested local fellow member florists. They are able to hand deliver to the recipients location while the "Special Delivery" service that Clare Florist currently use are only allowed to leave flowers at a central reception point or mail room. For hospital deliveries please order from our Same Day range for an advance delivery date.
Does Clare Florist Offer Weekend Delivery?
Saturday and Sunday service will be between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm.
Unfortunately Clare Florist cannot offer specific delivery times for any of their flower delivery options.
Clare Florist hate to disappoint so they are always happy to deliver to a business address during working hours, if you are not sure whether your recipient will be home.
Your flowers will be packed in unique Clare Florist box which protects your flowers during delivery, and should be unpacked following the care instructions which are also contained in the special box along with a generous sachet of flower food so that your flowers will certainly look their best for that special day.
