If your return an item that you have directly purchased from the Connox Shop, your credit will, in principle, be refunded. However, you also have the possibility to immediately use this credit towards a new order, which you must explicitly request. 

If you ordered a Connox product via Amazon, your credit will be refunded. In this case, the credit can not be used for a new order. The amount towards a different order or the same item with a different colour or size must be paid again to Amazon.

Connox bears the costs to return parcel-sized goods. Simply download and print the shipping label from the "invoice" section of your customer account. Upon demand, Connox can also send your shipping label via email or post. 

For bulky items that were shipped via freight forwarding, the customer bears the cost of the return.

Please note that voucher codes are usually subject to certain conditions. Possible reasons why your voucher may not be working are either that it is restricted to a minimum order value or it may have expired. So, first of all, check the value of your order and the expiry date on the voucher.  

Note also that you will only be able to redeem one voucher per order. Thus, it is not possible to enter more than one voucher code or to combine vouchers with other discounts. Each voucher can be redeemed once per customer. A cash payment of the voucher value is not possible.

Most vouchers and discounts don't include books or products by Dyson, Fatboy, Fermob, Gubi, Kartell, Knoll, Louis Poulsen, Magis, Muuto, Red Edition, Sonos and Vitra. Vouchers can generally only be redeemed as part of an order. A retroactive deduction, for example, on the amount of an invoice is not possible. A voucher will also not be considered valid after the deduction of returns, if the above named requirements (such as minimum order value) are no longer met. Vouchers may not be published or used in any other commercial way. Any recourse to the courts of law is not permitted.

The electronic signature allows for an auditable and legally binding invoice in electronic form (PDF). The signature confirms the identity of the issuer and guarantees that the invoice cannot be changed later on. The electronic signature of our e-Invoice can be checked in the signature portal web page if desired. This verification, as well as the storage of the verification protocol, is mandatory for companies that want to receive an input tax deduction.

The amount to be paid will only be charged to your credit card once your goods have been shipped.

The credit card number is the embossed sequence of digits on the front of the card. 

The security digits are usually on the back of your credit card. Security digits are never embossed, they are always printed. The MasterCard and Visa security digits consist of three numbers. They are the last three numbers in the signature field on the back of the card. The security digits of the American Express card are four digits and are placed on the front of the credit card.
